Refund Policy

At Growth x Creation, we are committed to ensuring our clients’ satisfaction with our services. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy to address your concerns.

Refund Policy:

We understand the importance of delivering satisfactory results to our clients. Therefore, we guarantee up to 100% refund of the agency fees paid, excluding any taxes, This time frame will be established during the onboarding meeting and will be tailored to meet the specific needs and expectations of each client based on their industry and requirements.

  • For Automation services, the client may request a refund if we fail to achieve the agreed X number of high-ticket appointments stated in the contract within the first 45 days.
  • For Google/Meta ads, the client must request a refund within the first 15 days. Upon receiving the request, all services will cease.
  • In the case of WhatsApp API & web flow we do not offer any refunds if the client doesn’t request a refund within 48 hours 
  • Any onboarding Fees or software charges are not refundable 
  • If a client fails to follow instructions or provide timely updates for paid ads campaigns, they will not be eligible for a refund as the campaign development process requires consistent communication.

If we fail to meet the milestones and commitments outlined in the contract within the agreed-upon time frame, you may request a refund by contacting our customer support team at contact@growthxcreation.com. Please provide details regarding the unsatisfactory results and the specific terms outlined in the contract.

Upon receiving your refund request, we will review it thoroughly to ensure that it meets the agreed-upon criteria. If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund process for the agency fees paid, excluding any taxes, within 15 business days.

Cancellation Policy:

Clients may cancel their service subscription at any time by notifying us in writing at contact@growthxcreation.com. If you choose to cancel your subscription before the completion of the agreed-upon service term, you will not be eligible for a refund of any remaining service fees. Also, the terms of the cancellation should be aligned with the contract and maintain the notice period of 30 days or more
